#AskTheExpert sudden pubic bone pain or jerk after 7 month of normal delivery. Is it related to sciatica or something serious that needs surgery

Is it related to exercise or trauma?
Use local hot bags and pain killer cream or oral meds as required
Take a course of vitamin D
Take calcium supplements
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
See a orthopedic if no relief
