RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Do you have a specific reason to give donkey’s milk to your child? Because it’s mostly recommended to go for cow or buffalo’s milk after the age of 12 months and after that I have never heard about donkey’s milk or any other animals so in my personal view I’m not going to advise it to you but if you want to you can consult your paediatrician on a personal level
