Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Dandruff is mostly because of dead skin over the scalp which can lead to itchy skin . It could be because of some pathological conditidyyons too.
Common causes are improper shampooing malnutrition fungal growth sgensitivity to hair products sebborrhoic dermatitis .
Proper care is required with medicated shampoo maintain a good hygiene and proper hydration .
Consult a doctor for more severe condition .

rashes are not visible
but if you are talking about the less hair growth then it should be result of nutritional deficiencies
please apply coconut oil on your child hair which helps to cure Rashes as well as helps in Healthy hair growth
