Q.

#AskTheExpert sir my daughter is unable to digest enfamil fm and cerelac... is it very serious... as she has started her solids

A. Now since your baby is 6 months old it doesnit is advisable to give cows milk to the baby instead of giving formula Till 6 months complete only breastfeeding or formula feed should be given after completing 6 months you should start with water along with Dal water and rice water only in continuation with breast milk after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good

A. If the child is unable to digest the formula and always change the bad and the other food that you are giving is not at all important to be given to the child is not able to digest it but able to eat anything else that’s healthy that you are giving to the child and there is no problem with that
