#asktheexpert sir my baby temperature was always 98(99) in underarm from almost 15 days it didn't increase and decrease but he was normal and active is this fever or heat in the body

See if you’re only taking underarm temperature whatever it is add one degree to that suppose it is 99°F so you know it is 99 because that is how it is calculated when you’re checking it under arms so if it is maintaining this way and if your child is having no discomfort and it is not crossing 99 at any given point of time then there is no need to give medicine then it is a normal body temperature but if it crosses 99 then it would be fever in that case you should consult your doctor and can give paracetamol as well
