#AskTheExpert sir, my baby is now three n half month of age doesn't sleep in nyt...n only sleeps in afternoon.... wt to do .. ?

A. it's normal the cycle will change by how the baby understand about day n night

A. Same with my baby as well. but I understand that at this stage child routine will get changed everyday.

A. every baby has their own sleeping pattern which keeps changing with age,only after 5-6 mons of age you can establish a regular sleep cycle gradually with time n age. A sound cusleep of 8-10 hrs with a proper diet is sufficient for child's health.
