#AskTheExpert sir my baby has cough since Saturday night because I had one piece of musk Mellon.. He started with sneezing first and then started with cough. No fever. Baby is active .. pls bekp

A. cough and cold may be infective or allergic in cause.give steam to relieve congestion and nasoclear drops can also be used in nose multiple times can also give sinarest drops.cough syrup or nebulization should be given according to the type of cough .self medication is not advisable. if the cough is productive give kufril-ls. give ogcnly simple home-made preparations as required ,child will eat as symptoms resolve.
