See in most of the cases these things are very normal there is nothing wrong with it but yes sometimes could be due to indigestion as well that the kind you are saying that the child is pooping quite often if the child is not suffering with loose motions then mostly it is due to indigestion only you can connect with your doctor for further medicines to follow
