also check if it happens after eating any specific food or any food
give curds
curd rice
soup rice
buttermilks
mix veg dal khichdi

as usg report is normal,it should be result of nutritional deficiencies, worm Infection, indigestion or stress
so please check symptoms like pale dull skin, child might feel lethargic or exhausted easily,,low appetite, irritability,worms in stool etc
