Nasoclear saline drops just clear the nasal block.
It doesn't help in decreasing nasal congestion.
But if nasal congestion is minimal
then better to avoid to give nasal drops in first 3months of age.
If significant nasal congestion night awakening exessive cry due to nasal congestion then give
Nasivion baby nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 4 times a day for 2 days only.
It will help

This is sign of cold. Put saline solution like nasoclear in both the nostrils if they are blocked. You can use this 4-6 times in a day as this is just a salt water dear.
Give indirect steam by adding VCS baby rub. Also apply VCS baby rub on chest and feet of baby.
