#AskTheExpert sir I have a 4and a half years old son.his nose runs in the morning when he wakes up for a half hour or like so daily. what to do to avoid this

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. please give q ascoril LS drops Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
