#AskTheExpert sir baby ko kal shaam se fever aa raha hai, 2 baar crocin di hai but phir aa ja raha hai. head , palms aur toes garam hai .

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sgfponging of the body to reduce fever
