Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby any medicine and vitamins after doctor prescription. and lso give baby citrus juice and fruits for immune system. and also give baby giloy juice and tulsi drops on daily basis.
