#AskTheExpert should we feed our baby Nan pro milk? we used to feed her 30-60 ml 6 times in a day for 3 weeks but a pediatrician told us not to feed her outside milk at all. We stopped for a day but she seems hungry & wakes up in short span of time. Please suggest.

obviously you should never feed formula at all . Breastfeeding is considered the best source of natural immunity and also all the  antibodies to a newborn baby . Doctor s don't recommend  formula milk as it is not required at all .  exclusive breastfeeding is the best  for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues  and helps in the  overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or honey or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm 
Burp well after evey feeding by holding  your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes 
Maintain hydration

you can give her Nan excella pro formula milk as per her demand. we have also given same milk to our baby till 1 year. and after that cow milk is preferable.
