#AskTheExpert should milk be given before bed time to kids or not ?? does milk creates any tooth issue befor bed

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. hello mam you can give milk to your kids before bedtime but make sure it is not sweet at all as giving sweet milk at night before bed can cause cavities in the upper and lower front teeth of the kids
