#AskTheExpert shivansh is suffering from dry cough and cold from last 3 weeks. after giving azithral xl syrup, montina l syrup and ambrodil lx syrup his dry cough treated but loose nose remains. from yesterday again dry cough started with loose nose. should I repeat the antibiotics again or only montina L and cough syrup

A. Better to contact your pediatrician again, Taking antibiotics too often or for the wrong reasons can change bacteria so much that antibiotics don't work against them. This is called bacterial resistance or antibiotic resistance.
