If Is weak then there could be two reasons either your child is not eating well which is why your child is weak or your child is not able to digest the food well because your child is 7 1/2 years of age at this age kids are very smart they are very much aware about their hunger and their needs so this could be the reason either of them so you see what’s the reason and if required consult your doctor for this
