#asktheexpert she is asking milk after taking food. is it good to give milk and what I should do to avoid that

A. Hi mom yes give milk after food but in less quantity so that baby does not vomit. u can give apple puree cerelac daal ka pani ripe banana ragi porridge etc as the first food once baby completes six months
