#asktheexpert she is 3 years and does not speak..but she does not have autism and neither any lack of listening and notir skills. please suggest what can be done

A. good evening then it could be because of the mood swings of the baby you don't have to worry about a request you to be patient and wait for some time otherwise try to visit speech therapist
