Q.

#AskTheExpert Recurrant cold cough n flu every month since school started. Is this because of low immunity? As he is having allergic rhinitisis.. Giving him multivitamin syrup with cod liver oil will help?

A. Hi Give turmeric milk twice daily Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein Avoid cold food chocolate etc Give three meal and two snacks Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
