there are many reasons like medication (some medicines can affect it ,so please don't try self medication),baby health issues ,water breaking, your own health issues like bp,stress etc , etc
so please don't take stress.
take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet.
keep your body well hydrated.
you can take one coconut water daily for this.
must follow your doctor's advice.
