A. we can't say anything without examination of the child.. better visit your paediatrician or gynaecologist for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor..

A. Hello ma’am u haven’t shared any pic or anything to see what exactly ru talking about ?? So would advice u to kindly repost ur query Once again with the picture and other necessary details for a better understanding otherwise if you cannot do so then you can consult a dermatologist for a personal check up and a better understanding for the same
