Start home based cereals based pulses enriched energy dens food in between fruit and vegetables, begin with mashed ripped banana one sitting continue for 2 to 3 days, if baby digested it well then introduce another new food like apple puree, over cooked rice, khichri in morning and switch banana in evening.
Gradually baby will be on 3 to 4 semisolid diet in a day.
restrict milk intake to bedtime only

U can give colic aid to ur baby. or u can give gastica drops
cow milk or buffalo milk is introduced when the baby completes one year..
