they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibilityy of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlled they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine

cough can be because of different reasons.
if the weather in your area is dry, please use of humidifier which will help to moistune the throat and prevent cough.
even you can give steam to the baby 2 times a day, by holding the baby in the bathroom by keeping the shower on also by holding the baby on the lap and giving electric steam.
