#asktheexpert please suggest some chocolate power which can be used in milk as my 23 months old son do take outside milk...

A. Hello sir U can go for junior horlicks, bournvita, pediasure, boost etc. But do not give daily. These are high in sugar and calories and contains preservatives and artificial flavours which are not good for babies. Instead give different milkshakes, add dry fruits powder etc in milk
