#AskTheExpert Please suggest me the appropriate dose of vit D for my both daughters 7 yr and 9 yr old.Also in which form should I give like granules or liquid.Can I give Cipcal D3 granules once a week?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you cannot give massive dosage of vitamin d without medical consultation because it can lead to hypervitaminosis d toxicity in the child's so meet your doctor will tell you how it can be given to the child
