Follow small and frequent meal pattern
3 major meals and 2-3 snacks
Include fresh fruits serving at least twice a day
Also protein should be there in every meal in form of dal or sprouts or oats or paneer or beans like rajma chana chola or moong or eggs or milk and curd
Reduce the intake of chips chocolates biscuits and sugary drinks
Do not force feed the child
You can serve normal home cooked food the child

Let the child be physically active as much as possible and feel hungry before the next meal. Give 3 meals and 2 small snacks in a day. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Include all food groups in your child’s diet.
