You can give indirect steam bath. If Breastfeeding u can add more garlic in ur diet which will help the baby's cold or cough and will also improve lactation. If there is any nasal congestion u can use nasal drops prescribed by ur pediatrician. You cannot do much other home remedies for babies under six months. Also the dosage and frequency of any medication depends on the baby's weight age and severity of the illness.  So if the cold or cough seems to get severe it's good to consult with your pediatrician and get the right medication prescribed.
