#asktheexpert one of my family member is covid positive before his report came positive he was at home for 4-5 days.i have twin daughters of 2 yrs who were also at home with him. do I need to test my daughters for covid?? and what precautions should i follow so they will be safe thank you

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist4 years agoA. you should check if there are any symptomsfor avoiding infections, most important is maintaining hygiene.
handwashing plays important role in this.
then good protein diet, vitamin c will help in maintaining good immunity.
also wear weather appropriate clothing.
also check water intake , as dehydration too can result in health problems.
