Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if the baby is 3 months old and is there in nasal blockage you can use noblok saline drops in the nose it will help in clearing the nasal secretions and consult your doctor

To unblock nose, u can put nasvision saline drops.
For cold and cough give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. Also apply baby vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold.
