#AskTheExpert my weight is same after delivery though the muscle fat has increased. with daily busy routine how can I work on toning and reducing muscle fat?

A. as your baby is 4 month old, do continue exclusive breast feed him, it will help you to reduce weight. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, n plenty of fluids.

A. hi give sometime to your body to get back in shape. after 6 months of delivery, start doing low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging , walking, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks, etc which will surely help you can do pranayam like kapalbhati, bhashtrika pranayam ,anulom vilom pranayam etc
