#asktheexpert my twin babies are 3 months old and they are in formula feeding and they often vomit the milk. can i give water to the babies becoz many are suggesting water will help out in digestion. also can can we give cow milk instead of formula feeding.

A. good morning cow milk can be given to the baby after completion of 12 months not before that I would recommend you to introduce formula to the child cannot give water to the baby before completion of 6 months
