Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it can be due to some type of nervous disorder or some type of nerve compression which might be causing such a problem and at the other side you have to see that you are not suffering from vitamin b12 deficiency as well as diabetes or thyroid problem
