#AskTheExpert My three month old baby is having a lot of gas inspite of burping and all. Also, he has a small nodule where he was given the BCG vaccine. Is it normal?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 years agoA. Exessive cry is very common under 6 months of age bcz of gas in stomach
Exclusive breast feed ur baby till 6months of age.
Feed ur baby with proper position.
Burp properly after each and every feed for at least 10 min or till baby take 4 burp.
Give Tummy time 4-5 times in a day time
If still issue persist then
Give colic aid drops 0.5 ml (if needed).
Maximum 4times per day.
and
Boil comes after BCG vaccination
Don't touch or apply anything over BCG vaccination site
This ulcer heal with scar
No need to worry for that
Give all vaccination on time
Follow IAP immunization shedulde chart for vaccination
