Q.

#AskTheExpert my son turn one and he has reduced his nap to one as well. some days he takes 2 . should I put him on sleep dor 2nd nap . please advice

A. you should not worry for the sake of your baby if your baby is taking sleep of more than 7to 10 hours in a day it is more than sufficient weather in the daytime or in the night you just make your comfortable and feed properly

A. hello mom, do not worry it is normal in babies as they grow older their daytime nap reduces or vanishes. channelize your kids and energy different activities full stop you can seek help from your family member , caretaker or partner to engage your kid in playing..
