#AskTheExpert my son's age is 8yrs his upper teeth has fallen before 3 months but still his teeth hasn't grown .His teeth doesn't fall quickly either.

A. hello ma'am do not worry about this it is a natural process sometimes it takes around 6 months for the permanent teeth to erupt in place of the milk teeth .
