#asktheexpert my son Kriyansh was born on 1 st June . He is 2kg700gm only. He is weak . Plz guide how to increase his weight

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum, to increase Kriyansh's weight, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. that's the most healthy way to gain weight. at one episode of breast feeding, feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
