#AskTheExpert my son is struggling with colic and acid reflux. he is unable to have a sound sleep. please let me know of remedies. we are doing ajwain touch, kept his crib in inclined position. tried tummy rub. nothing's working.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom if he is on exclusively breast feeding you have to take care of your diet and avoid gas forming foods . Also have ajwain or saunf water and use hing in your meals . Also apply some hing water around the baby navel in a circular motion . So massages and also cycle movement for them
