#AskTheExpert My son is One year 3 months old and currently weigh as 9.2 kg. He is active however not eating anything.We tried all the possible options. he just spite of the food. Still having formula milk and cerelac once. please suggest

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Most of the toddlers are fussy and picky eaters and therefore it is important not to force feed and make eating a fun time. If required, feed in a separate room and away from distractions and play with him while feeding. Give easy to swallow foods and serve in kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range and give in different shapes and colors to make it interesting. Start giving lots of finger foods to develop chewing habits.
