#AskTheExpert My son is of 7 months now but he is having problem of constipation. His motion is not regular and not freely passes seems little harder when he does. Plz suggest some medicines.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 to 8 months is very common and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations: in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
