#asktheexpert my son is not sleeping properly..he looks to be hyper active..there is no prob absolutely apart from less sleepiing

Hello ma’am Sometimes on the kids energy is not drained out completely or properly as it should have been and the specially with a hyperactive child it is very difficult to channelise their energy so basically once their energy is completely use they get tired and that’s when they go to sleep so just try to work on all these things
