#AskTheExpert my son is not interested in eating..he only likes sweet food item like cake chocolate..how to attract him for salty food

yes ,kids are Naturally fond of sweet food items.
but as it is growing phase and as it is important for his body to get all essential nutrients , you have to serve different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
so , to encourage your child for it ,try food with different taste , different texture , different color and different shapes.
for example
if a child doesn't like to take vegetables ,it is ok ,try to offer them in different forms like mix veg soup,mix veg khichdi,mix veg pulav , mix veg paratha , cutlet etc.
