#AskTheExpert my son is not having food as required for his body after two spoons he starts to avoid eating. I give 2- 3 feeding of cow milk . what can be other options for him

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent Please use A2 Desi cow milk. Don't use A1 milk Give her less milk and more probiotics (fresh ) Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
