#AskTheExpert My son is nine days today. he sleeps a lot. even he is not taking enough feeds due to his sleep. is it normal for a newborn to sleep this much? although he is passing motion, urine, flatters routinely... 2-3 motion in a day, 5-7 urine in a day.

mam , newborns spend their most of the time in sleeping and feeding
so as such no need to worry
please continue with breastfeeding as per your child needs.
burp your baby well after each feeding.
