Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. wet lips you mean baby is drooling release lot of saliva it could be first sign of teething.. start with calc phosphorus a homeopathy medicine for teething, calc phosphorus helps in easing teething effects as teething fever loose motion green stool itching gums..
