#asktheexpert my son is having trouble while passing stool. he is constipated most of the time and also having little blood in stool. how to get rid of this????

A. The child might be having an anal fissure and that is what causing the pain and also the blood in the stool. Please make sure that you give lots of water and give ripe banana of prunes I feel with skin, grapes, watermelon, or any food which is rich in fiber content. You can also consult your doctor for medication

A. the anal area is also got a little swollen. is there anything to worry about? it happens most of the time. he mostly passes hard stool
