#AskTheExpert my son is having gas trouble. He vomit while eating food and shows discomfort.Not always..but atleast in a week.

AnbuthirumagalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi mam, don't force him to eat. make him play a lot. try giving gripe water before food. Pat his back often during eating.

Children are fussy eater at this age
No need to worry
Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products
Stay hydrated
Offer different varieties of food
