A. hi yes sure first thing , please mention the temperature if it's 100f or above,it remains same after giving Medicine too,you need to visit your pediatrician it is important to keep your child well hydrated during this time give decotion of warm water and pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 3 hours
