#AskTheExpert my son is doing potty after every 5-6 days. He cries as it's gets difficult for him to egest. pls suggest what can be done

A. it is due tk hard stool .Constipation Is very common in kids mainly in toddlers due to less water intake or less fiber intake . Just increase the quantity of both for normal motions . Also lactulose can be guven but only if age is more than 2 yr .
