#asktheexpert my son is almost 10 years old he always has a headache ..forehead headache he has most of the time

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Forehead, a and headache can be linked to poor eyesight. Please get the kid eyesight checked up. Also, avoid screen time for the child. Please give home cooked food only and avoid outside and oily food items for the child. Give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give soak almonds to the baby on daily basis. Thanks and take care
